Adobe has announced the launch of a new technological solution—Adobe Brand Visibility. The tool is designed to ensure brands are visible, trusted, and chosen by users across artificial intelligence platforms.
The product has become part of the comprehensive Adobe CX Enterprise ecosystem, an agentic AI system that automates customer lifecycle management, from acquisition and prospect engagement to conversion and long-term retention.
Massive Surge in AI Traffic: Context of the Release
The utilization of Large Language Models (LLMs) to identify and research products and services is demonstrating unprecedented dynamics, altering consumer and marketer behavior alike. According to an Adobe report, AI traffic to U.S. retail sites surged by 1,324% between October 2024 and May 2026. In the travel sector, AI traffic increased by 2,215% over the same period.
“We used to get back the same thing (a SERP page with links on it). Now, the answers appear to be random, but they aren’t at scale. But companies don’t have tools to do it,” noted Loni Stark, Vice President of Strategy and Product at Adobe.

By combining this data with first-party signals from a business’s owned channels, the platform mirrors brand presence across leading AI systems: ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.
